Booking
Bookings made via our website will be confirmed by an automated email. Telephone bookings will be confirmed by email.

Payment
The whole cost of the booking is taken at that time of booking via our website by credit or debit card. We also accept payment by cheque and Childcare Vouchers which can be arranged over the telephone.

Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions. No booking will be fully confirmed until payment is received.

Childcard Vouchers
We accept any type of voucher and we will process them in the usual way. If you require any information about this service please do not hesitate to contact our team.

Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change the dates of your camp booking we can do this within the same holiday season (e.g. Summer) free of charge, subject to availability.

Cancellations for camps paid for in full must be received in writing with supporting medical evidence if relevant.

Cancellations received more than 20 working days before the start of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 35% of the overall cost of camp places and cost of extras cancelled - the balance to be refunded.

Cancellations received between 20 and 8 working days inclusive before the start of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the overall cost of camp and camp places and cost of extras cancelled - the balance to be refunded.

No refunds can be given for cancellations received within 7 working days prior to the start of the event.

In exceptional circumstances Sport Academies may have to cancel particular dates. In this event, we will inform you at the earliest time and offer a suitable alternative if one is available, offer a place on an alternative week or refund all monies paid for the dates cancelled, if preferred.

Waiting Lists
If the event you require is fully booked you will be placed on a waiting list. In the event of cancellations we will contact you then your child will be booked onto the event.

Available Dates and Activities
Information contained within this website is correct at time of update. Changes may occur and Sport Academies will endeavour to inform parents as quickly as possible. Academy programmes are subject to change in the event of unsuitable weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Exclusions
We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person at any time prior to and during the event if, in our opinion, that person is incompatible with the general well being of the event.

Insurance
All children in our care are covered by our Public Liability Insurance.

Medication and First Aid
In the event of an accident, first aid will be administered to children in our care, and the emergency services will be called if necessary, unless advised to the contrary.

We keep a record of all medication administered to children whilst at Sport Academies classes and camps. Please inform us if medication is required to be given when booking through the Special Requirements section on the booking form. By completing this section you are allowing our staff to administer the medication. If you do not want our staff to administer the medication please indicate so in the Special Requirements box on the booking form.

Photography
Please be aware that we occasionally take photographs of children on camp for inclusion in promotional material. Children may also like to take photographs of each other to remember their time at camp. Please advise Head Office at the time of booking if you have any objections.

Special Needs
We will try not to exclude any child because of a special need. If your child has a special need and requires extra assistance it is required that parents discuss this with our team at the time of booking.

Data Protection
We will use your details to mail and/or email you with future information about our services; you may opt out of our mailing list when booking, or afterwards at any stage.

Competitions and Prizes
Competition winners are entitled to the stated prize. No cash or other alternative to the prize is available. Prizes are subject to availability.
